Nicholas is a 22 year old two-time founder. His first business was an online education company operating in the Chinese market, which he founded at aged 19, and built to profitability within 3 months, acquiring some extremely high-profile clients, such as the CEO of Baidu. He then deferred his place studying Chinese at Oxford University to build his second startup Headstart with experienced tech entrepreneur Jeremy Hindle, because of the distinct need for innovation that he discovered first-hand whilst applying for graduate jobs. Since launching just 8 months ago, Headstart has already started working with the likes of Vodafone, BP and RBS, was voted as one of the most disruptive businesses in 2017, and was an award-winner at disruptHR in Paris. Nicholas was recently featured in Startups UK as one of the 20 young entrepreneurs to watch in 2017.
